REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Sub Sprout operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription fees paid are non-refundable except in limited circumstances where a refund request is deemed reasonable and valid at the sole discretion of Sub Sprout. Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions: — The request is submitted within 48 hours of the charge being processed — The charge was the result of a demonstrable technical error or platform fault on Sub Sprout's part — The user has not made active use of the platform during the period for which a refund is requested. Refund requests submitted after 48 hours of the charge date, or requests based solely on dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or failure to cancel prior to renewal, will not be considered. To submit a refund request, users must contact Sub Sprout directly at support@subsprout.com with a clear explanation of the reason for the request. Sub Sprout will review all requests and respond within 5 business days. Approval of any refund request does not constitute an obligation to approve future requests under similar circumstances. Sub Sprout reserves the right to issue or decline refunds at its sole discretion in all cases.
